On top of our Raid5 technology*, our off-server backup system automatically backs up all data on our servers and is completely separated from our servers. We believe that your data is the heart of any business or website and that backups are absolutely vital to keeping a website secure and up and running. This does not mean that our customers should not need to backup their data themselves (using CPanel), but that off-server tape backups will protect the entire server from any catastrophic events; hackers, viruses, worms, hard disk failures etc.
